Ecominds-a Mailing List: MUUSJA EcoMinds Meeting Tuesday, April 14, 7 pm

A quick reminder/confirmation that MUUSJA EcoMinds will be meeting this
coming Tuesday at 7 pm.  We'll meet at First Universalist, 3400 Dupont Ave
S, Minneapolis.

Draft agenda items include:

-> HIRE Rally - Monday April 20th
1. 1/4 sheet flyer is available for handing out Sunday 4/19 (***contact
Ralph ASAP if you can hand out fliers on Sunday 4/12!***)
2. HIRE needs volunteers!  Shifts are available as early at noon for set up
& as late as 5 pm for clean-up.  Need helpers for poster-making at 1:30 pm
at the capitol; 30 people to work clip-boards during the event (3-5pm)
getting folks to sign petition/postcards, etc.  Contact Alessandra at HIRE

-> MUUSJA Postcard campaign - Sensible Communities Act
We've collected quite a few.  Are we still doing outreach for more signers?
We also need to process those we have collected for delivery.

-> Earth Day
Track what congregations are doing, get photos from events, etc.

-> New business
1. Coordinating with other state networks and UUA:  Ralph just returned from
Boston, has updates on coordinated national policy work on Climate Change.
