MUUSJA friends ~

 

HIRE Minnesota will be participating in the May Day Parade on Sunday, May
3rd!  This parade attracts 1,000's and is one of the biggest parades in
Minneapolis.  The theme of this year's parade will be the economy and the
environment-a perfect fit for the HIRE campaign.  

 

In order to participate, we need at least 4 people to attend each of these
three workshops.  We will be making papier mache masks, etc.  Instruction
will be provided (no prior experience needed!).  These workshops are
fun-fun-fun collective efforts with others in the community. 

 

Here are the dates and times:

  -Tomorrow, April 23rd at 7-9PM <--- <---

  -Saturday, April 25th at 1-3PM

  -Thursday, April 30th at 7-9PM  (two signed up so far)

 

The workshops will be held at In the Heart of the Beast Theatre: 1500 E Lake
Street, Minneapolis, MN 55407. 

 

Please RSVP to Tabitha Brown (tabithacbrown [at] gmail.com) immediately to
register for these workshops as ***HIRE cannot participate in the parade
without attendance at these three work sessions.***
