Speaker's Training Event

Congregations Caring for Creation is hosting a training event for speakers
on Saturday, December 12 from 12:30 - 4:30 pm at the Center for Families
(3333 North 4th St, Minneapolis 55412). The training will include:

? information on climate change (science, public policy, and actions
congregations can take) 
? the connection between spirituality and care of creation 
? suggestions for developing and supporting green teams in congregations
 
Who should attend? The purpose of the event is to train speakers that would
be willing to speak in congregations on behalf of Congregations Caring for
Creation. The training would also benefit those who are interested in
starting a green team in their own congregation, or simply want to know more
about the issue of climate change and its connection to spirituality.
