Actually, we just talk about our experiences, assignments and "how's it going" in general. Probably doesn't meet the "reflection" level, but we can aim for that.

Great.  Maybe we can learn more about how those reflection mtgs go, and
see if we want to adopt parts of the model.

correction re: location for Feb. 22nd - I think the building at 35th
Street & 4th Avenue is just called the Green Cenral Gym.  (it USED to be
Central High, but it's a community center and lower-grade school now, I
think.  The community there is Central, so they kept the name.  And the
gym is named after a deceased school superintendent - Richard Green - he
was an African American leader and, unfortunately, a famous
homophobe....)
