Thanks, Adele.
Whenever we vote via email, there is someone who has made a request, and
has a time-crunch to deal with.
So, whoever is originating the request & vote should make out the check
request form, and get it to one of the co-chairs for their signature.
We'll need to be better about making sure those decisions are in our
meeting notes; for example, on April 29th, we'll confirm the email
decisions about the RE youth project and the Agape planting project. That
way Adele and Bob will have the record of  authorization needed to
back-up the check requests.
