the editorial page.  Technically the article at 500 words is called a 
"Viewpoint".

You can also go on line at TwinCities.com or just type St Paul Pioneer Press 
in your search window.  At the newspaper web site you can just type Curt 
Leavitt in their search window or the name of the article Reason For Hope 
and Hope For Reason.  They don't include photos on line.
