Anyone interested in and able to take action on this for Sunday? Very short notice? I won't be able to. Peace, Madeline Final Weekend for Congregational Poll Madeline This is just a reminder that this is the final weekend before the poll for new Congregational Study Action Issues is due. All responses are due by February 1st, 2008 Remember the new topics are Ethical Eating and Nuclear Disarmament. And we need your congregation's input. With only so much time left, here are some ways to get your congregation involved at the last minute: You could call a meeting after service in which people could give a simple straw vote after the questions have been read. You could place a table in the social space during coffee hour and have people vote for their preferences. You could start a phone tree (in smaller congregations) and conversations about preferences. Remember, this is just a poll. It is not a final count. Members may vote for one topic, both topics or neither topics. Thank you for your participation in this process.
