1.  The Mushroom Picker, a one-man show by Patrick Dewane, grandson who learned 
of the World War II heroics of his long-dead grandfather, a man who liberated 
the Czech towns of his ancestors.  Patricia Hampl, award-winning Twin Cities 
author, called this show "a tour de force of storytelling and historic 
documentation." Told with never-before-seen film footage and period music, the 
show has captivated audiences in New York City and throughout the Midwest. 
Performed at Open Eye Theatre, 506 E.24th St, Minneapolis, Friday, Jan. 15, and 
Saturday, Jan. 16, 7:30 pm.
