--2  Film: For the Bible Tells Me So
SUN MAY 4
7:00 PM
Minnesota Valley UU Fellowship
10715 Zenith Ave S, Bloomington

A free showing of a film about 5 families of faith and how they handle the
realization of having a gay child. Three questions are considered: Can the
love between two people ever be an abomination? Is the Bible an excuse to
hate? And, is the chasm separating gays and lesbians and Christianity too
wide to cross? This film offers healing, clarity and understanding to anyone
caught in the cross hairs of scripture and sexual identity.
For information on the film go to www.FortheBibleTellsMeSo.org. The Reitans,
a local family portrayed in the film , will be present for the discussion
after.
