Hello EcoMinds!

This just came from one of our members and I thought you'd be interested. The
timing
competes with the MUUSJA meeting, so I'll be waiting to see the movie when it
opens.
If others of you go to the advance screening, send along your reviews and I'll
post
them! --Madalyn Cioci

=====================

Great opportunity to catch a preview of Al Gore's new documentary, "An
Inconvenient
Truth" with commentary by U of M climatologist Mark Seeley. There are usually
spots
available for walk-ins too. I will be there.

A Sundance Film Festival hit, AN INCONVENIENT TRUTH offers a passionate and
inspirational look at Gore's fervent crusade to expose the myths and
misconceptions
that surround Global Warming. The film presents an eye-opening and poignant
portrait
of Gore and his "traveling global warming show".

This FREE screening will be held at the Landmark Edina Cinema, Thursday, June
8th
at 8:00pm.
Following the film, University of Minnesota climatologist and meteorologist Mark
Seeley will answer audience questions and address issues of climate change in
Minnesota.
We have 150 advance tickets available for KBEM attendees and reservations are
required.

To make advance reservations for the screening,
e-mail Kevin Barnes at KevinB [at] Jazz88fm.com or call 612.668.1735.

Join us for this special JAZZ88 Film Night Out screening on Thursday, June
8th at
the Edina Cinema!
