Guatemalan government apologizes to Harbury The Guatemalan government apologized to Jennifer Harbury for its role in the 1990s torture and murder of her husband, a Mayan resistance leader. Harbury, who has relentlessly pursued justice for her husband for over a decade, is the former director of UUSC's STOP (Stop Torture Permanently) Campaign. Read the full story (PDF).
