Hi All,

I was going to propose something along the same lines at the Retreat.
We should have forms at every SAC meeting, so when we make a decision at the meeting, we can write up the request and get it signed that day.
As the incoming treasurer, I would like to be the one to get the copy of all check request forms (see #2 below) so that I do't have to track down things.
One question to clarify at the Retreat:if we make a decision for disbursement through our list-serv, who will write the request?

Hi, all -
We should have a complete financial report at our April 29th annual
retreat, with the updates we've been waiting for.
Adele has volunteered to be the new treasurer for Social Action.  THANKS,

THANKS to Carol Koepp for being treasurer this year, and part of last
year with Madalyn Cioci - thanks to Madalyn also.

Requests for future disbursements:

1.  Will Hegeman and Bob Calgren in the FUS office ask that we write
SOCIAL ACTION on every check request form we hand in.
2.  We should keep a copy of all check request forms  -  which we can use
with monthly financial reports to double-check that funds were disbursed.

3.  Bob requests that we get him a copy of our SAC meeting notes, so he
can see that check requests were authorized (this doesn't have to happen
on the same day, since check requests can be signed by co-chairs
immediately in the SAC meetings - we can get Bob the meeting notes ASAP,
as a record that the committe authorized the payment...)
