This organization would like SAC to co-sponsor this event.  It would give them 
a big break on the rental (probably free) Two of our families belong to the

I have enjoyed visiting FUS about four times, the first being its annual 
meeting.  I was pleased to find out that at least two couples from our 
Friendship Force of Minnesota Club are Unitarians: Rydberg and the Wallace.

The purpose of this email is to ask FUS if they would be interesting in 
participating in some manner in an event that we have planned for Saturday, 
August 30. FUS could be a co-host with our Club or merely provide space that 
our club would rent.  The attachment is the first draft of a "flyer" that will 
be distributed to promote this one hour event.  This first draft is written as 
if this event will be held at FUS.  I woud greatly appreciate you reviewing 
this draft and letting me know if FUS would be interested in participating in 
it in some manner, and if so, with what conditions.
 
We are also interested in locating a place where our Club members can have 
lunch in the hour before this event. We are considering having it potluck, or 
catered, or at a restaurant.  If we end out having the Event at FUS, I would 
greatly appreciate knowing if FUS would be interested in also participating in 
some manner, from having its members join in the lunch to just renting us space 
for our Club members to have lunch.  Again, I would greatly appreciate you 
letting me know in what manner FUS would consider participating in this lunch, 
and if so, with what conditions.
 
After you have had time to review this info, please phone me so we may discuss 
it further.
