In talking with Caidin about this, the rental policy is that there is a 
rental fee schedule and all people pay it unless it is co-sponsored by a 
committee from FUS.  FUS member get a break on the rate, but in this case it 
is an outside group that is asking.  Caidin also said that he is 
anticipating that we will get many requests for co-sponsorships and he has 
already experienced this.  He didn't advise them to come to SAC, so that 
idea may have come from someone else.

I also vote NO now that I know more about it.
